Boy And A Bag Mobile Mechanics provides mobile automotive repair, diagnostic, maintenance, and related services at customer locations throughout Anna, North Dallas, and surrounding North Texas and DFW communities.

Our services may include mobile diagnostics, brake repair, engine work, air conditioning service, oil changes, battery replacement, alternator and starter replacement, fluid services, belt and hose replacement, spark plug service, fleet vehicle maintenance, jump starts, and other automotive services offered by Boy And A Bag Mobile Mechanics.

Service availability depends on the vehicle, repair issue, location, technician availability, required equipment, parts availability, and other circumstances.

6. Mobile Service Locations

Because Boy And A Bag provides mobile services, the condition and location of the vehicle may affect whether work can safely be performed on-site.

We may decline, postpone, or modify a service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:

• Unsafe roadside conditions
• Severe weather
• Inadequate lighting
• Unsafe ground or workspace conditions
• Lack of reasonable access to the vehicle
• Hazardous materials or conditions
• Vehicle positioning that creates a safety risk
• Repairs requiring equipment or facilities that cannot reasonably be provided at the customer's location

When appropriate, we may recommend that the vehicle be transported to a suitable repair facility.

7. Parts and Materials

Parts used for repairs may be new, aftermarket, remanufactured, or otherwise appropriate for the vehicle and the requested service, depending on availability and the agreed repair.

Parts availability may affect scheduling and completion times.

Where a manufacturer, supplier, or parts provider provides a separate warranty, that warranty may be subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.

8. Repair Warranty

Boy And A Bag Mobile Mechanics offers warranties on qualifying repairs and services as communicated to the customer at the time of service.

Appointments are subject to technician availability and service-area limitations.

Any cancellation, no-show, dispatch, diagnostic, or other applicable fee will be disclosed where applicable before it is charged.

Emergency or roadside requests may be subject to different scheduling and service conditions.

Customers should remain in a safe location while waiting for roadside assistance whenever possible.

If a vehicle is located in a dangerous traffic environment or another unsafe location, the customer should contact appropriate emergency or roadside authorities rather than placing themselves or others at risk.
